At my last visit waited over an hour to be seen with no updates from administrative staff. Usual wait is 15-20 miniutes.
Customer service from admin staff needs improvement. Calls are not returned contrary to office message. Some staff members are very ridid on procedures without any consideration to the patient's health. And often the initial greetng from the admin staff is not warm and welcoming. Demeanor is as though they don't like the job and prefer not to be there and it is transferred to the patient. Re-training on customer service is needed.

Dr. Husain was very kind and thorough. She explains what is going on with you so you can understand it. She even has a nice sense of humor. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Saeed explains your lab results clearly and with an end goal in mind. She encourages good behaviors and makes you aware of the potential consequences of unhealthy actions. I always feel encouraged after my visits.

Original appointment was postponed for one month. Tried scheduling a blood draw request for one month. After three calls and three promises and no results, I gave up and suggested that they obtain the necessary information from my primary physician. I guess they did.
