When I first met Dr. Garimella, I was worried that I was having an eminent heart attack, and she started putting me on pills, and I don't like pills. I fussed at my daughter about it, and a friend who has the same thing I have, and they both said to get a second opinion. I did. the doctor I saw said that her diagnosis was spot on, and that he recommended that I stay the course with her. I told my daughter, who is in the medical profession, and her answer was that the doctor was trying to keep me from having a heart attack, shut my mouth, take pills and thank her for being a good doctor. I told Dr. Garimella about my daughters statement. She thought it was funny, but true. Since I have learned to trust her, I appreciate her and the care that she takes with me.
